I really have to say, I don't think she's that attractive. I usually prefer girls who are not quite as tall & not quite as skinny (more ass/boobs). I'm also not overly into blondes, though I like the tan skin/blonde on some girls. I think her face looks okay, but not that great, either (I think her sister has a really cute face, though!).
So if we're talking looks and leave out the fact, that she's a celebrity, rich and probably down for whatever in bed...she's a 6 maybe a 6.5 to me.

my old oneitis got off one day, rather night.. actually on the way to my house, with a car she couldn't find the registration to, with no DL... and it was suspended to boot, and 3 unpaid tickets. She called me and asked me to meet her at the county jail to bail her out.. half way there she told me she was on the way to my house, and to turn around
