You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
It's not worth it to have fun?Blackbird, I have had sex with 7 different women over the past year, entirely from dating apps. Rejected a couple of offers for sex as well.
I agree with you, sex is no big deal. It's never something worth going on vacation for. So many thirsty makes have low SMV women walking around with inflated egos.
There are more enjoyable, less risky and more rewarding forms of entertainment out there. It's not worth it to have fun?
7 in the past year? I've probably been with over 100 in the past year, not that I really keep count.
Even though it's "no big deal" that doesn't mean you can just turn your sex drive off.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
To each their own. There are more enjoyable, less risky and more rewarding forms of entertainment out there.
Same issue, but likely to a lesser degree. It's funny, I often see guys boasting about having had sex with 100+ girls in a year or 1,500 in their lifetimes. My reaction is generally, "um, who wants to do that?"I've maybe had 7/8 in my whole life, my issue is turning my sex drive on.
On paper yes... However men over the age of 35, how many are walking around with 6 pack as... Not many!I disagree; most men can achieve 6 pack abs if they're truly dedicated. The issue is mass. The majority of guys with 6 pack abs are lean and muscular.
You are wrong. and clearly not living in reality.. Yes on paper every dude could achieve 6 pack abs.. However in the real world this isn't the case.I disagree; most men can achieve 6 pack abs if they're truly dedicated. The issue is mass. The majority of guys with 6 pack abs are lean and muscular.

Apologize, I missed the over 35. If you're over 35 and are prioritizing mass (big shoulders, etc) yea, precious few men will achieve 6 pack abs. If you're willing to sacrifice mass a much higher percentage could. You are wrong. and clearly not living in reality.. Yes on paper every dude could achieve 6 pack abs.. I clearly stated men over 35 or so... Men of that age & above, tend to settle of the big arms, chest, legs, shoulders etc.. However abs tend not to be high priority, as age 35 and over getting lean abs is very difficult.
You mean the minority of men can get them.
I did the gym thing last year, got into pretty good shape but it had zero effect on my bodycount
which remains zero for over two years now. I do a physical job, typically walking about 9 miles a
day and stacking crates of heavy vegetables onto dollies. Pretty low body fat, no gut, leanly built
with no wobbly bits. 6ft tall. I have a footballer/swimmers build, shoulder length hair, symmetrical
face, a growing tattoo collection already in double figures, dress well, own multiple properties, play
musical instruments, ride a lairy motorcycle, have green eyes (one of the rarer eye colours) I'm tanned,
can sing really well, great sense of humour although it's pretty dark. I spend any nights off in my friends
c0cktail bar where I have oodles of social proof and can go behind the bar anytime I want and everybody
that works there treats me like a celebrity because I'm buddies with their boss. My issue is I absolutely
will NOT approach women, under any circumstances because ultimately I don't see sex as any kind of prize
It's all a complete waste of time. These women want Bradchad Thunderc0ck 8pack billionaire
Superman Grey, even if they are massive fat heffers with absolutely sod all to offer themselves.
I'm so disillusioned with it all that I have completely given up trying to be what they want.
It's like trying to ice skate up a hill.
Really? Most men are stating in helps them attract women, not keep them.I smashed 3 girls only two weeks ago... And I workout loads... So what's your point.
You ain't getting any vag.. You happen to workout & you haven't had any sex for years.
It's unlikely you would get sex, Wether you hit the gym or not.
I posted a picture of myself looking jacked on tinder on 3 days ago & my match rate has more than doubled.
Your an expetion.. The expetion doesn't make the rule.
The vast majority of men who workout on this forum, are posting nothing but positive results.

Now we're getting to the crux of things. And why would that be?It's unlikely you would get sex, Wether you hit the gym or not.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Some of the worst 2.5 years of my life living in Cambs. No sir, the UK. The bulk of our women are fvcking awful.

That makes me a little sad, because I have absolutely zero interest in getting any tattoos, and I'm sure not getting any just to impress some random women. Take it or leave it, girls. But I could see them drawing more interest, because it's practically a form of peacocking. Men don't have a huge selection of accessories, so I suppose tattoos fill that void. It's also possible that the type of women who are attracted to tattoos are more aggressive and will initiate more conversations. My success rate with women would skyrocket if I’d get some visible tattoos. Last year I went to a huge Halloween party and I dressed up wearing a plain white t-shirt, jeans, bought some really nice fake tattoos and put one that was under my shirt coming up to my neck, and the rest I did on one arm. When I tell you I had more women come up to me and initiate conversation “so what are you supposed to be?” I’m not kidding.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
