You mean you are talking about a steroid look? you wont get unnatural results from natural means, so i could hardly see how one would be treated like a celebrity just from being natural.

We all know that’s false. You can get jacked without steroids. Obviously, we all have our genetic limits, but with proper nutrition and lifting heavy AF most people can get pretty dam swole.
You can indeed get jacked for being a natural, especially if you have deceptive size from being fat in the right places. But you wont compete with people who take steroids, and that's who im sure people have in mind when they read threads like this. You wont look like a fitness model or pro athlete unless you take the same drugs they do.

I know that's not what some of you guys reading this, at least younger guys, want to believe. Anything is possible if you believe in it... get your beauty sleep, broccoli and eggs... put in the "hard work and dedication"... you'll get as swole as the fitness models and pro athletes who insist theyre all natural, and women will flock to you... unfortunately that's fantasy, not reality.

Well yes, obviously.. but all of them? I don’t believe mark wahlberg for example has every been on steroids, I don’t think Chris Pratt is on steroids..

Great post and I agree. I feel like if you don't care about your physique or at least have some athletic hobby, whatever it might be, you might need to check your hormones or something... Men are naturally the type to be involved in physical activity besides just sex. Everyone I know lifts weights, many of the people I know also play basketball. Some played football or wrestled throughout their lives

Sidenote:I know dudes who were losers start slaying ***** off getting jacked and tatted up. <-- no bs.

You can use steroids but you still need to lift weights and adhere to a strict diet and regiment. Of course, you can argue that they hire trainers.. I would argue that they "need" trainers. If you really want to get into bodybuilding, you don't need a trainer. There are so many resources out there. and trust me when I say, you don't need to be wealthy to do steroids. I know some broke ass mofos who do steroids..

He is right but so are you. Location is everything. As you age your metabolism slows down naturally so getting ripped takes a good bit of more effort on diet and cardio imo. I swim a **** tonne of laps usually but want a gym membership as well. Aggressive freestyle lap swimming and pushup routine are a lot better than nothing though.

I think you are right that it will fix almost everything, but it would not solve the problems of most men on this forum. I believe most users on this forum struggle connecting with women and that's the main issue.


I'd say I'm in top 1% shape for men my age (been a natural bodybuilder since my 20s, not competed but it's a serious hobby of mine). I am familiar with the eye-f*cking you mentioned. Also improved self-esteem etc. However, it has not solved my dating problems. In fact, I struggle more now than I did in my younger years when I was not in such a good shape.

I also have plenty of wealth and professional success, again probably at the top 1% of men my age. Yet, my dating life is non-existent (I get sex from escorts, but that's a different story).

I don't have self-esteem issues. The reason for my relative poor success with women comes down to one thing: I lack connection with women - that is, I don't meet them in right circumstances, I have poor game, and OLD is a hopeless venue. I suspect this is the root cause of most men's dating problems.


In any case, getting in shape is an excellent idea for all men, and I recommend it for everyone as you did.

Since i havent personally seen every nfl linebacker or defensive, every celebrity who got big for a role and every swole guy at your gym, checked their images and body compositions and compared them to known steroid users, who either use obvious doses or lower "stealth" doses, i obviously cannot say so. But i can say that to the extent they have a supernatural physique, especially if their ego/job is supported by it, it's naive to presume they are not on steroids. Of course, the more the goal posts get moved from normalised steroid use and insistent lies the more you would say that a supernatural physique is simply natural, so one would have to account for that.

I have personally seen what it looks like to deny steroid use while taking a lower dose to appear more natural, only to then "come out of the closet" as was suspected.

But yes, working out is good for yourself.

Former Ufc fighter Anderson silva flunked a drug test for steroids and was skinny as a rail at the time. He was probably using to recover from breaking his leg.

If you want to get big to be intimidating, I would think martial arts would be in order, so that you can back it all up if ever needed. I saw two jacked mucle guys get in a fight at a strip club once and it was hilarious. They were slapping each other like girls. Size will bluff most people, but eventually someone will call that bluff.

Why do you dispute every piece of decent advice?

Alot of guys on here argue with logical advice. If you do that, there is no way you can connect with a hot young girl. She would make your head spin in 4.7 seconds.

OK, let’s do it the other way; “don‘t sleep, don’t eat right, don’t workout, don‘t save money. Girls will flock to you.”

Its like men are looking for the 3 magic beans.

Ben Rothwell for example also did, and these are pro athletes part of whose careers revolve around passing drug tests while on PEDs - as the Diaz brothers say, "everybody's on steroids", even if it shatters some guys' boyish dreams to accept it. My point with picking Ben in particular is that if guys here looked at Ben Rothwell, they would say he's "just big". But steroids dont necessarily make you look ripped, dont necessarily make it look obvious to an untrained and unwilling eye that there's more than beauty sleep and "hard work and dedication" going on.

So my answer to you @BadBoy89 is i would rather keep it real than promote lies and delusions to other men. Promote working out, sure, but dont try to peddle a deceptive sales pitch or naive fantasy.

What settings are you in recreationally and what city? Do you attend events with live music and groups of women?
