If the guy in the last panel got fit, he'd still look good cause he has a nice face, too. There's nothing wrong with stacking attractive traits.
I get what you're saying, but if that guy starts bulking he would likely change his aesthetics. Sometimes if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's not like he looks unhealthy.

Another benefit that goes a little unrecognised.. Lifting weights will improve your chances of excelling in your job/career.

Before I got into fitness & lifting, I wasn't a outgoing kind of guy, lacked confidence around other men & especially woman.

I feel like the confidence is one of the biggest assets you get from lifting. The more aesthetic I get, the better I feel

You don't lift to get girls that's a poor excuse to be dragging yourself to the gym. Totally not what it's about.

It's all about improving yourself both physically and mentally. For me and many others building a strong body and what feels like an unbreakable body is a journey, it's a passion. It's self serving , you're not doing it for anyone else.

That's why you become so attractive. You're a guy on his path to becoming his strongest self, people litrerally feel it and are gravity towards you. It's like you're a beacon of light amongst a sea of insecurity.

Mock it all you want but it doesn't mean you understand.

Approaching it from the perspective of doing it to please others is weak and self destructive.

It's very short-sighted.

Have you noticed @Guy69JackBlue, his entire narrative has been pretty much about how lifting doesn't get you girls blah blah blah.. This is someone who's entire existence seems to be oriented around females.

The type of guy who wouldn't lift a finger, unless there is a possibility of getting some sex at the end of it. That's some real beta thirst.

Most people I know, do not lift simply so they can bang girls.

Personaly since I began training around 15 years ago, I became a different person..

I uses to lack confidence & rarely tried to stand out from the crowd.

Since I got jacked, my confidence went through the roof, which actually began to get noticed by my employer.

I managed to get promoted twice within a couple of years into a management position.. And this was due to the sheer level of confidence I had which commanded respect from the people around me.

Also people around me
had to think twice about disrespecting me or talking down to me.. Again commanding respect!

Lifting/training will actually really help you excel in your career/job.

It's pretty obvious people like @Guy69JackBlue are trying the damn hardest to put a negative spin on fitness/gym because he comes from a place of insecurity.. More than likely he is a weak skinny guy or he is fat.. Or just very average!

Every doctor in this entire world would recommend, we all should have a regular fitness/gym routine, yet this moron has nothing but negative things to say. Lol what a joker!

Any trainer will tell you that one of the biggest obstacles of motivating unfit people is that they never believe what is waiting at the end. They always make excuses and think getting fit won't do all the benefits they are told: more energy, more confidence, greater intelligence due to bloodflow to the brain, and many other benefits. Once you become fit, the entire world changes. You become the full human you were born as, and suddenly you see the world far clearer than when you were on soda while sitting all day fapping to porn.

It just works.

Any bs to get you to sign up for their services
There is always someone looking to get in shape for their new year revolution. No need to lie when the market has high demand. They know most have high turnovers anyway.

Oh really? Cause I run a business on my own that makes tons of money and I don't even tell people about it in person. I could afford any car I want, yet I drive something that calls no attention to me.

You must be describing someone else or just talking out of your a$$.

I'm not saying that going to the gym won't attract females... I'm saying that it's not as important to your HEALTH as you muscle morons think. You have the mindset of a high school freshman and probably just about as much serious life experience.

Find me a doctor who says getting large muscles has to do with your health lol.

You call me insecure, yet you're the one who feels the need to try to put others down in every thread because you falsely believe that going to the gym too much is some impressive accomplishment.

You got promoted? Haha. You spend your life working for someone else making them rich while they allow you to get their scraps only if it benefits your employer. What a beta you are.

The fact that you think the definition of "weak" and "strong" has to do with how much a person can bench press speaks volumes about your level of life experience and intelligence.

Also, one reason that gaining large muscles may attract young females is that it matches and appeals to their humongous levels of narcissism and vanity. It's just as FAKE AND FLEETING of a value that they have.

But have fun making someone else rich 9-5 M-F, Mr. "Alpha."

Wow your delusions are off the chart.. I mean I would suggest you seek some type of therapy. I really mean that.

Strictly from a biological & physical perspective.. The man who can lift 100kg is stronger than the man who can only manage to lift 50kg.. That's so damn basic, even a child could understand it.. Yet u don't have a clue.

You have strong female traights.. When you try to have a logical conversation/debate with a female, she will often steer the conversation away from logic & into a world of fantasy, nonsense logic & straight up deception.

You're the one spinning everything into your wannabe macho gym delusion.

Do you think you're stronger than these people because you go to the gym?

You talk like a 14 year old.

Tons of money? You seem to be literally living on Sosuave.. Wealthy men are busy as fuk leaving a dent in the universe, not trying to prove themselves right, minute by minute to every post online.

I don't get a wealthy man feeling about you.. I get a keyboard warrior feeling about you.

Care to back your claims to all this wealth with some evidence? Obviously you will shy away from that proposition with some lame excuse.

Sounda like you are lacking in the fitness/health area, therefore you are pushing the 'well so what, I am wealthy narrative'

No doctor suggests that you should go out and get large muscles, however they would strongly agree with going to the gym 2-3 times per week & lifting some weights & doing cardiovascular exercise.

The doctor would suggest this type of exercise/routine should be part of your every day lifestyle, not just done once in a blue moon.

Guess what happens over time when you go to the gym 2-3 times a week and lift some weights? Your muscles tend to get larger numb nuts ffs

Nobody here suggested the aim should be to get huge. The post by cola suggested getting either ripped or jacked will benefit you... And the vast majority of people have agreed with that narrative... Your opinion is the minority opinion on here.

A bigger stronger jacked man, is still in a better place than a skinny man or a fatty.

A ripped & lean man is still in a better place than a skinny man or a fatty.

Give your head a wobble son!

You call people names like "son" because you have no real authority anywhere, so you try to fake it.

I don't care what kind of vibe you get from me.

There's no way for me to prove anything without giving away my actual identity (and by extension my home address, etc.). You know very well that you wouldn't do the same thing.

And I actually agree with you that if I spent lots of time in the gym, it would most likely attract more females.

But I still don't care cause I just don't care. It's not worth it to me.
