.. i'm a busy person i don't have time to go to gym.. can give me some exercise where i can improve my mucsle in my arms and in my abs?

he's right.. if she's on top but you're doing the work (and she's a g spot girl), your abs will seriously hurt for days, or if not you can do arms.. until she asks you why you keep counting to 8 and stopping...

Baked-bean tin curls, 3x8-10, add tins as necessary. This will also help your stablizer muscles, as the more tins you use, the more you'll have to balance them...

Seriously though, are you sure you can't find a 40 minutes from 2 or 3 days of the week? Put it this way, if you really want to do something, you'll find the time to do it.

Biceps: BB Curls, DB Curls, Cable Curls, Machine Preacher Curls etc
Triceps: Close-Grip Bench, Narrow Dips, DB One-Arm Ext, Skull Crushers, Pushdowns etc
Abs: Weighted Crunches (Flat or Decline)

For Bis and Tris: 6-12 Reps (8-10 being best IMO)
Abs: Around 15 reps IMO but generally 12-20.
