You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Men are more likely to get HIV from homosexual sex and women are more likely to get it from heterosexual sex. However, men are more likely to get HIV overall.theNEWDJ said:thanks for these stats and facts i am having a hard time reading the statistics on homosexuals versus heterosexuals, are the mass majority of people who contract aids homosexuals?
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
I have a GLOCK 23 semi-aitomatic, in case the hos start trouble!!theNEWDJ said:How do you guys go about protecting yourselfs?
This is an impossibility!!!!amoka said:Virgin can be shit load of diseases as well. You are not guaranteed to "Safe" by getting virgin.
WOW!!...you have herpes?!?! what a shocker! :nervous:penkitten said:if i were standing in a room, totally naked, no one would know that i had herpes unless i told them.
the guy i caught herpes from, didn't tell me he had it.

I'M AS SURPRISED AS YOU ARE!!!!Ken785 said:WOW!!...you have herpes?!?! what a shocker! :nervous:
LOL @ Gio teasing his wife...Giovanni Casanova said:WHAT!!!??? You have HERPES!!!!!?????
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
thats because all cold sores all herpes and there are no cold sores that are not herpes. cold sores is a nice little pet name for herpes on the mouth.Ken785 said:On a side note...
NEVER BELIEVE PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY THAT BUMP ON THEIR UPPER LIP IS JUST A "COLD SORE", YOU CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMMON COLD SORES AND HERPES SO BE CAREFUL...I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY...
COLD SORES = HERPES
She might have herpes, but the thing you're seeing above her lip is called a mole. Lots of girls have those.Popeyes said:does the chick in this pic have cold/sore herpes, and should you watch out for this, or is this something else?

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
that makes no sense, stop spreading misinformationbeastmaster79 said:i think your a lot more likely to catch stds if you have a weak immune system. i mean people are exposed to diseases all the time but not everyone catches them.
does that make sense?

i was under the impression that genital herpes and herpes of the mouth are not the same disease, ie if you have it in your mouth area doesn't mean you have the genital version as well. It s been a while since health class in HS so correct me if i'm wrong...penkitten said:thats because all cold sores all herpes and there are no cold sores that are not herpes. cold sores is a nice little pet name for herpes on the mouth.
There are multiple types of herpes, and the herpes you get on the mouth and on the genitals are two of those types. Type 1 is generally on the mouth, type 2 is generally on the genitals. However, either can be spread in either location. In other words, if a girl has a cold sore on her lips, it's probably best if she doesn't go down on you.drak_ool said:i was under the impression that genital herpes and herpes of the mouth are not the same disease, ie if you have it in your mouth area doesn't mean you have the genital version as well. Regarding the "always use condoms advice", which i also give pple, it seems to me that no DJ who has had a lot of girls sticks to it religiously. Of course it s understandable in the case of a LTR, but i know a lot of guys who stray from it even during more casual sex. For me it s a judgement call "on the moment", which led to a few wrong decisions. What do you think? do you always follow your own advice on this?
I second that. 100% correct.Giovanni Casanova said:There are multiple types of herpes, and the herpes you get on the mouth and on the genitals are two of those types. You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
