Is it good to eat then work out? for example after waking up and stretching would it be more better to workout and then grab breakfast? or breakfast than workout?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I dont like it at all, don't eat within an hour before a workout. That is my opinion. I slug off and lift less effective.

I generally find that my best lifting sessions are like 2 hrs after eating a heavy carb/protein breakfast. I end up with so much energy.

during the winter bulking routine, this is my breakfast:

- bowl of cereal
- 4 poached eggs or 3 chicken breasts, or 2 egg 2 chicken breasts + 4 pieces of whole weat 12 grain bread (it's like 100 carbs just from the bread)
- 2 apples.
- 2L of water.

(you should see my post workout meals haha)
