It shouldn't make a difference....
....if you like her, go for it.
....if you like her, go for it.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Whats your point?? Dont be a punk, just get to your point.
And what the hell might you be talkin about?? Do you have any proof of this?? How do YOU know the purpose of his post??Originally posted by Nivek
pretty much the purpose of these posts is to show that it is much harder for a colored male to get with a white female than vice versa with a white male and colored female. guys think differently from girls and base it on looks. girls base on social bias and other things.
the purpose was to know if anybody here has experienced it.Originally posted by oakraiderz2

Its no different. Are you thinking you need like a translator to talk to the chick or what? Are you thinking she makes you learn her language before she will accept you? Are you thinking she has a 3rd arm because shes a different race.Originally posted by tactic

if anybody has experienced dating women from different races and what they've experience, by the way.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
that's what i was trying to say but not trying to make a point.Originally posted by Cyberdx16
i think that its fine to date others of a different race. But u also have to remember that he or she may like you for who you are, but when i comes to ur culture, it may change everything.
It's been ten years since I've dated anyone from my race, mostly LTRs lasting a year or two (if that even counts as a LTR). I live in Minnesota and it's readily accepted but it isn't the norm of the locals. Most people that are receptive to it aren't Minnesota natives. Either that or they have lived in places that are socially diverse yet economically equal, if you get my drift.Originally posted by tactic

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
