Is it possible to bulk up and lose body fat (I want to get it under 10%) simulataneously?

Or do I have to bulk up first then do lots of cardio later?

What you're saying is bulking and cutting at the same time. I doubt it, just bulk up to the weight you want, then cut.

Yes it is possible, no it is not an efficient way to do it. You'll get better results faster by bulking up then cutting.

since I am a skinny guy, i think i need to bulk a lot more before I can start "cutting".

Just eat more protein and less 'regular' food. Thats what I'm doing and its working just fine.

right now I am eating tons of food, but I dont eat any junk food (ice cream pizzas, cakes, choclates, candy etc)

I dont think I am THAT skinny
I am 172 and I weight 138 pounds. So is not too bad. I have seen truly skinny guys who are like skin and bones.
