"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

What is the size of average bicept? Measured around the biggest part of upper arm.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

It all depends on;

-age
-height
-bodyfat
-flex/not flexed

There is no "average" size.

Erm, no, 16 inch arms most certainly aren't small ;)

(it's 'bicep', btw)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Hahahahaha, size only means something if your bodyfat is low. Look at fat people, many of them have 18"s+.

How tall are you and what's your bodyfat? I'm trying to get 16"s while maintaining a single digit bodyfat, got another .5" to go.

Ahhh!!! Well that helps, so like I thought its my self image rather than physical apperance. Hehe.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yeah, with 16" arms, it's more likely just a body image. I've talked to a few big, strong guys (250lbs+), and many of them still see themselves as quite small, even though they know that in reality they're not :)

According to the state from Men's Health's annual average guy comparision (which somebody just posted on) the average man has 13 inch biceps.

Effing Sallies need to hit the gym, eh?!

Question: How do you eliminate the "fat hanging off" from your measurement? Even if you basically squeeze the hell out of it and "choke" it with your measuring tape, you'll still have fat, skin etc in between the tape and your muscle.

Also, 16" is a respectable number, however, I would much rather be 14" @ 12% BF than 16" at 18% BF. One thing to definitely take into consideration is proportion. Are your arms small compared to the rest of your body? Big? In tune?

Mine are around 13.5" on any given day, and when I flex, I get people asking if I take steroids. As if a skinny 150lb kid with some defined arms automatically means I'm on roids. So chances are, if you're lean, and have 16 inch guns, you're doing very well. Keep it growing.

Why are you going around flexing so that people ask that?

Haven't you ever been joking around, and just rolled up a sleeve and flexed?

Or, haven't girls ever asked you to flex?

Or haven't you ever been lifting anything heavy and your veins pop out?

I had a girl ask me to flex about two weeks ago...I told her she had to pay to see it.

I've never consciously flexed for anybody though...I'd feel usedif I do it, as if its for entertainment of the group. And, if you have decent arms to begin with, you shouldn't even have to flex. I walk around normally and I have that long vein that runs down my arm always bulging out as if I just did a workout, even though I only do two sets of curls a week.

As far as flexing goes, don't bother. Girls know if you have nice arms even without flexing.

No.

I tell them no unless we've just had sex. Really the only time i remember flexing was after a gf asked me to after sex. Suppose it's a reward and i roll my eyes and reluctantly quickly do it. Otherwise I say no.

I'm just happy someone noticed without me flexing.

We had a guy in high school who was a really big nerd. But he was also about 6'4 and started lifting weights. He got pretty damn big. The girls (and jock dudes) would all ask him to flex all the time. And he'd do it. They were making fun of him, but due to lack of social skills he never caught on.

Or haven't you ever been lifting anything heavy and your veins pop out?
What's that have to do with anything?

I like modesty. I don't respect immodesty.

I don't like the NFL or any other professional sport currently with all the showboating. Act like you've been there before. I play center field like a banshee and make diving catches all the time and while i'm personally pleased with myself I don't say a word about it when everyone is patting me on the back between innings. I just go back out and do it again. Strangely enough I get enough accolades without acting like a douche and talking myself up like it seems far too many athletes do. The walkin does the talkin.

And to top it off, even though i'm now bigger than the average joe, i still haven't accomplished sh1t worth showing off so i think i'll keep the guns holstered if that's okay with you.

eh, say what you will...

If a girl is all like "ooh flex for me"...half of the time I'll do it. It's not as if I'm doing something difficult or running around saying "I've got massive 13.5 inch guns, they're hyoooooge". I flex. No biggie. If you wish to call it "show boating" or whatever, I agree to an extent. However, I'm not ashamed of it. I do it only when asked, or when I'm joking around. I'm not the kind of guy who turns my tee into a tanktop and walks around flexing. Generally I like my long sleeve shirts anyways...

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
