As far as flexing goes, don't bother. Girls know if you have nice arms even without flexing.

...and they look for any excuse to justify grabbing a hold of 'em, just to make sure.

If a girl is all like "ooh flex for me"...half of the time I'll do it. It's not as if I'm doing something difficult or running around saying "I've got massive 13.5 inch guns, they're hyoooooge". I flex. No biggie. If you wish to call it "show boating" or whatever, I agree to an extent. However, I'm not ashamed of it. I do it only when asked, or when I'm joking around. I'm not the kind of guy who turns my tee into a tanktop and walks around flexing. Generally I like my long sleeve shirts anyways...

When people are doing it "joking around" it always seems to me they're just making an excuse to "innocently" show off.


Most of the guys i know who go to the gym are amazing inflexible... meaning they walk around stiff trying to pump themselves up even more to look bigger.

Personally, I will never flex for a girl who asks, but when I'm jogging and I see a hottie driving by looking at me, I will sometimes bend my arm and flex for her or I will point my fingers to my abs...that's always good for a laugh.
