adding thickness to back?

i already have a good lat spread from weighted pull-ups, but viewed from the side i feel i could use some more thickness. any recommendations?

are t-bar rows any good?

Deadlifts and rack pulls will add thickness to your whole back, are you doing those? Also like Master Bates said, bent rows add thickness as well. T-bars and other types of rows are decent, but barbell rows are probably better.
