Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Do ab exercises until the cows come home, but it won't make you have a 6 pack. You'll be setting the stage to have one when you start dieting right, getting plenty of cardio in, and your body fat drops - but it's got to be a combination of all of these factors for your abs to show their glory. Otherwise your big hard abs will be covered by soft flabby fat.Originally posted by c-note
Can someone post a good ab workout regimen. i'm trying to get lots of definition on my abs. Thanks
A second for that post.Originally posted by Nocturnal
You can't have abs without a low body fat percentage. However, that won't get it for you by itself. Some people say that you don't need to put on muscle on your abs, but if you look at body builders their abs are massive. I put flat weights on my chest and do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of x lbs.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
