Diet, work out every day, do tons of cardio, for about 5 months. Oh, and use the search button instead of asking questions that have been answered only 2938492834 times before.

For a 12 pack, check your local convenience store.

Jesus, is this guy for real? I mean, come on. Learn 1st grade HUMAN ANATOMY before you post questions like this. I'm trying not to flame, but the temptation is too great... can't .. hold.. out...

'89... he's gotta be like 15. Your abs are a set of muscles and they don't end up dividing apart just because you work them more. So the 80 pack that you want isn't going to happen. Unless you want to forgo some very expensive and very weird kind of plastic surgery.

Exericses. Run like a bitch, diet, and start lifting weights. Uh, if you are 15, I hear weights can stunt your growth, so don't overdue it. But of course, it's different for different people. Don't try just doing 8000 situps a day to get a pack, you need to burn that fat.

You like many people have heard wrong.

The 8 pack is genetic. Just because you might burn all the fat in your waist area it doesn't mean you will have an 8 pack.

I always found the look of a guy with an 8 pak very, um...icky. To say the least.

Can you imagine a guy with a 12 pak?! hahah. That would be some freaky, otherworldy alien shiet goin on. Goddamned Mexicans.

:( I'm mexican though but only have a 4 pack. :) Oh well, I'm getting there eh?

Oh 8 pack... I think he's talking about the rib bone under the chest area? Like right under the chest and to the side of the 6 pack, theres an bone that looks like a muscle, unless I'm mistaken and it is a muscle. I dunno, can someone confirm this?

yeh, sparrow i think it's a rib bone. the way to get it to appear is by doing close-grip decline bench presses i'm told.

i'm lucky cuz my lower ribbones exactly match 4 of my abs so it looks like they go all the way round

for a 12 pack or even 24 pack just cut the abs in half with a razor blade and let it heal in the shape you want.

while your at it why not skip cardio and just use a vacumm tub to suck out the fat.

Ive been working my abs out for 2 months and I still dotn have a pack of any sort. But i think it will clear up after more cardio. Ive definetly noticed my tummy get smaller tho.

The way ur abs look is genetic. Arnold has a 5 pack. Some have 7, most have 6. 8 If you're lucky. But it really doesnt matter how many packs you have.

It looks best when it's symetric. If it's crooked.. It's still fine.

in a serious answer, to get abs, you need to watch your diet before anything. and yes, most people can have abs but you need to train them with weigh resistance, not just situps and crunches.
