I would 100 percent ignore everything on snap chat. Don't look at it. Don't respond to it. Do not ask her when she is free. I told you in my previous message, march to the beat of your drum and follow your lead. Not hers.

Text her "thursday at 8 dinner i will pick you up." If she confirms. The go on thursday and pick her up. If she bla bla blas in her text and it isn't a yes. Next. You don't answer, you don't send more texts. You go meet other women and stop wasting your time on this one.

"hey I enjoy hanging out and you're cool, but I'm getting mixed signals from you especially you blowing up my Snapchat when im busy, but you're always busy and can't hangout. I'm looking to date and have fun, I don't need another chick friend. I think we should stop hanging out".

That's what I would text her, because ignoring her doesn't seem to work. You verbally telling her to knock **** off and you backing off will either confirm her wishy washy behavior and she won't text back, or she'll blow up your phone apologizing for her bull****.
