"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I couldn't find a better example. But this is kinda how I have to carry ladders. Im dealing with a huge one kow thus I feel like I need more power to carry it.

Again that picture isn't the perfect example as he stands still ,but imagine holding the ladder with two arms while moving.

BITG, what would be the best exercise to carry this easier?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Hmm...you mean kind of straight out in front of you with your arms extended?

The natural one that is almost the exact same movement pattern would be anterior raises where you either take a DB or cable and pull it straight out in front of you to shoulder height and then back down.

I also like woodchops and reverse woodchops for that, as it targets the front delts and core which would be heavily involved as well. Basically take a DB or cable and go across your body either starting at your waist and ending above the opposite shoulder or starting above your shoulder and ending at the opposite side by your waist. Brace your core while you are doing it as well.

Also other relative general strength movements like deadlifts would probably be helpful as well.

Is the ladder fiberglass? Could it be replaced with an aluminum one?

Trying to muscle something awkward like that is just asking to hurt your back. When I was younger I tried to wrestle everything. Now it's more like jiu jitsu. Use leverage to minimize force.

Is it just a few metres around a site? Just around the corner?
Get a dolly, pick up ladder, sit on dolly and adjust.
Remove dolly before use.
Something that huge could easily overbalance
Do not fk your back up

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Nah my client bought the ladder because the work is up high like 12 meters. Its a nice and sturdy ladder , 3 stores of 14 steps iirc but heavy. Its aluminum.

I've just was taken aback by my lack of strength. This is a position that doesn't occur that often .

Nowadays I train to perform better doing my job. Recently had a job where I had to climb the jetty nonstop, and I was happy I'm in good shape . On my regular day job the old heads ALWAYS call me to help them lift heavy shyte lol.

When the money is right I will ofcourse work smarter...but now I have to use my body to get that bag...

Unfortunately a dolly isn't possible. Or I'd say, its financially unattractive for my client as he needs to pay me a significant amount of money already...

Normally I'd go for what you're saying, but in this case I have to think out of the box. A long ladder is the easiest way to go.

I just mean a small ply platform, rubberised top for grip optional, and 4-5 rotational wheels underneath.
They are like $20 each from hardware store / Aldi/ Costco, hold more than 100kg.
You don't need the fancy ones, which take up too much space anyway.
Keep at least one in your truck /pickup bed.

Or use a skateboard, lol, if you have one around

Thanks for your advice

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Big one from Aldi, about as long as a skateboard and twice as wide
Rated at 250kg, which I don't believe but if I'm shifting something that big, I use two dollies

Smaller one from Bunnings, 220kg and is the one I use the most because that's all that's needed.

If you want a specific exercise, why not literally do just that? It doesn't get more functional than that.

If it's in the gym. I would just use anything heavy resembling the general shape and start walking with it. Comparing how each feels till I find something that works.

This seems a bit similar to the atlas carry but with extended arms. Actually, why not just grab some dumbbells with a hammer curl grip and start walking?

Aluminum ones are heavier I think, at least for the ladders used by pros.

My dad carried one even into his 70s. To this day, I don’t know how he did it. It is definitely a balancing act. I believe he did something like Clockwork showed above.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
