i dont do squats as natuarally my legs are quite muscular by nature and are the part of my body i feel i can do without bulking FOR NOW!! i do deadlifts yes, but not as consistently as i should.
if dead lifts are so important i will properly incorporate them into my routine from now on...
is two workouts a week enough if you eat like a horse in between and do everything correct?!! BTW that is working each muscle group once a week, as i dont work on my legs and do squats
whats the best way to get big arms!! i jave been building my body up quite well but my arms are still lacking what i aspire them to be!! any good excercises for bisceps and triceps??

i would see her when we were both out at our local disco for example, and id be with her all nite facing and all! but at the time i wasnt that interested and if she texted me the next day i wouldnt reply!! this annnoyed her alot and she kept telling my friends she wouldnt go out with me again...
