"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I hate the timeline we're in...

First, we've got the Lindsay Clancy trial where somehow we have women backing a mother who murdered 3 of her own children, raising her over $1million on GoFundMe, and doxxing the juror who held the line against a not-guilty verdict - to the point where he's being treated as more of a criminal than her.

Then we have this Cornell 7 thing where a girl can do drugs off a guy's d***, engage in 2 separate threesomes, continue texting the guy after the fact about how she had fun...only to change her mind (and her statement) 2 years later because she began facing the consequences of being labeled a sl**, and is now destroying these guys' lives.

And just today I saw a story about a woman in Houston killing her 4-year-old child after losing a custody battle, rather than turn her over to the husband. She, of course, tried to end her life, but failed, since that seems to be the recent trend.

What is this world? It pisses me off that I see so many of my "friends" on Instagram reposting stuff about these issues without the full story because they can't be bothered to read past the headline. Or maybe they just don't care, and it fits the narrative - who knows?

My friends and family know I'm promiscuous and would prefer I settle down with a good girl. But the older I get, and the more I look around, the less I'm sure those women still exist...this is ridiculous.

Anyway, I had a few drinks and saw stuff in my feed that pissed me off, so I wanted to put my thoughts out somewhere.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Yeah but you're talking about a very particular culture, why not just leave that culture and find another one that suits you? Many guys are negatively impacted by the media in the US and rightly so, the media creates distortions that further perpetuate cultural decline. But there are alternative routes, infact in the grandscheme, this is not the norm throughout the world...

While I can somewhat agree that I don't have to engage with it, I AM surrounded by people who do, and I DO have to engage with those people.

And I don't know what part of Europe you're in, but the UK isn't doing much better.

I genuinely wonder how this world would be different if COVID never happened and social media didn't become people's go-to news outlet...

I recently tried to help a person playing the same video game as myself overcome a particularly difficult encounter. I sent them a video to watch. They made a knee-jerk reaction based on the first few seconds, so I asked them if they watched the WHOLE video - which they told me they did not. That video was only 50 seconds long...and they couldn't be bothered to finish it.

People are reading a headline, doing none of their own research, then forming an opinion while demonizing the opposition. The fact that this is slowly becoming the majority is a scary thing to consider for the future.

It is scary but yeah the UK is a terrible example of where things might be better. In general, the english speaking 1st world countries are all going through the same thing in terms of dating. They have some kind of doctrinal similarities + infrastructure that basically contribute to the same types of decay in the dating world.

Instead of resenting the terrain, I would just pivot.

A lot of American women just seem like dreadful people nowadays: arrogant, self entitled, partizan and often simply wrong headed.

On a related topic, I've read your field reports and you've obviously got the nack of bedding women but seriously you've got to be careful because it's a matter of time until you get a 'me too' against you - and it may well stick the way America is going. Evidence and common sense don't seem to matter nowadays.

BTW, it's going the same way here in the UK. A lot of the women here are a danger to themselves and others.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Didn't it come across your bright mind that media is pushing this bull **** clown news across? Yes, garbage happens, but it is because of media you are being fed these news. Without media coverage you wouldn't even known about these stores......

Jews control the media. Those khazars decide what you read and watch.

Meanwhile, **** is brewing across the world and you have zero real coverage, or at best some bull **** coverage that is misleading.

Genocide in gaza, jews killing palestinians and now lebanese. ZERO coverage.
Ukraine clown show, jews are displacing people with war and immigration so that jew corporations can reclaim jewish ancestral lands of khazar kagonate. Hey! This one is anti semitic, never mind jews are turkic, and not semitic.
Southern flank for return of khazar kagonate lands in Russia is brewing in Iran, United States can only solve situation using nuclear weapons, sending refugees north, destabilizing Southern Russia -- Ukraine, only in the south of Russia is brewing.

But you are fed some clown trash news by the people who control the media and money supply that starts and feeds conflicts.

Ask yourself, with so much interesting stories around the world, why are you being shown garbage about girl doing drugs off guy's ****?

I normally don't agree with you, but I think you hit the nail on the head. In Iran, an American missile hit a girls' school, killing over 100 children, yet the story barely gets a few snippets. Meanwhile, we get endless trials and clickbait headlines designed to create an emotional response for engagement and revenue.

The Cornell 7 case is wild because people just instantly decided they were guilty when the trial hasn’t even happened yet. No, the “free pvssy upstairs” chat from that Snapchat group isn’t helping. But innocent until proven guilty was just skipped.

It’s also kind of wild that the second they uninvited her from that Halloween party she filed for rape.

But still: regardless of what did or did not happen, people should wait until the verdict is done in a court of law.

And if they are innocent, too late, the damage is already done. Their names and faces are plastered across the internet. It’ll be way harder for them to get a job or do anything going forward.

The Cornell case riding with the Clavicular with similar things happening is what amuses me. Clown media keeps trying to go after men. Please do. Wake that beast up. You won't like angry men.

To answer @sevbucmash 's question, I think it's because the media wants to politicize every issue and further fuel the gender war, which seems to be working, unfortunately.

This reply shows me that you've done more research on this than 90% of the people reposting it online. I don't even know how the story got out, considering that not only has nobody been proven guilty - nobody has even been charged - on account of no prosecutors wanting to touch the case, given her own statement that she's now changing.

It's wild because the internet has already decided they're guilty. I've heard one of them already got fired from his job, and that the address of one was leaked, but they got it wrong, and now some veteran is receiving death threats meant for the guys.

Influencers siding with women, denouncing men, guys pandering...it disgusts me to constantly see some idiot reposting this stuff in their story or feed.

I heard the Clavicular thing is BS too...as much as I dislike the guy, this girl paid $1,000 or something to go hang out with him, kept talking about how attracted she was to him, and it took place in a state where the age of consent is 16 while she was 17 and he was 19. From my understanding, the only leg to really stand on there is underage drinking and the influence of drugs.

I'm just tired of women being treated as perpetual victims who can do no wrong and take no accountability - even to the extent of killing their own children - while men are treated as the enemy and destroyed as soon as an accusation occurs.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I saw the term “modern day witch hunts” and thought it was pretty bang on. People are the same no matter the era I guess.

As for the videos, I think it’s just for more engagement than anything. Make pandering video not looking at the case from both sides nor nuance -> more likes, clicks, follows, engagement -> more money.

Tangentially related, but I saw this story as well. Very surprising. This is more of a state of the culture thing than a women one but.. Fired from tweets he made at 14.

It’s a good thing these people were never in a Call of Duty lobby

The world is what it always has been. We just didn't used to have countless ways to consume media parroting the same most fvcked up things they can for headlines and attention.

Pretty sure back in the 1300s when raiding parties came into your village and killed every man, women and child for no apparent reason it was probably worse, but there was no media to report it 20 different ways immediately to every person on earth.

Once you understand the goals, your goal should be to remove yourself as far away from social media as you can and most mainstream media as well. Draining your energy and focus to engage in constant negativity serves you no purpose and only acts to bring you down.

The world hasn't changed, the constant perception and immediate feedback loop has.

Society reflects the quality of thinking. You can see this in any given period, whether it be the effectiveness of education, the quality of artwork, the structural soundness of architecture, the degree of public trust, etc. It's a cycle and for every movement there's a counter that eventually takes over. I hope that the counter to what we see today will be more rational.

While there are many aspects of current life I'm not thrilled with, each time I find myself ruminating on that sh-t, I remind myself:

This nation alone is filled with a few million men who are going to spend either most or their ENTIRE existences in cages*

Then get grateful for the fact that I even have 24hr internet access(There's no guard shouting "Lights out!!!" at 9PM, instructing me to go to bed even if I'm not sleepy) + The luxury of sweating an event that occurred several states away, and has no direct bearing on me or anyone I'm personally acquainted with

*Yeah, most of those fellas committed very serious/sometimes heinous crimes.... Let's not pretend that we all couldn't have ended up in very similar circumstances, had our lives not played out slightly differently than their own

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Just think 200 years ago the vast majority of people were too concerned with day to day survival to worry much about any of this.

Perspective is often needed.

Yeah, MRAs/aspiring social reformers have something approaching a point, when they wail: "This world is f-c-ed up!!!" That's addressed, in my estimation anyway, by

-Making a conscious choice to face outwards each and every day, provide those who are both in need and in one's immediate orbit with the proficiencies to help themselves

-Doing so without having what R. Glover et al refer to as a "covert contract" with anyone. I.E. Expecting someone else to pat us on the head/reward us with a cookie in exchange for our serving them

Admittedly, this isn't an original idea of mine, rather an adaption of these somewhat corny sentiments 4:07-4:17

Reminiscent of the Duke Lacrosse players case 20 years ago....

">>The Duke lacrosse rape hoax was a false accusation of sexual assault in 2006 against three university athletes in Durham, North Carolina.

The Accusation:
  • The Party: Members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team hosted a party on March 13, 2006, and hired two women to dance.
The Claim: A woman named Crystal Mangum stated that three players raped her at the house.
The Investigation and Resolution:
  • DNA Evidence: Tests of the physical evidence did not match any of the accused players (David Evans, Collin Finnerty, and Reade Seligmann).
Dropped Charges: North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dismissed all charges in April 2007. He stated that the players were completely innocent.
The Aftermath:
  • The Prosecutor: District Attorney Mike_Nifong faced disbarment (losing his license to practice law) and went to jail for contempt of court due to his unethical actions during the case.
University Settlements: Duke University reached financial settlements with the wrongly accused players.
The Confession: In December 2024, Mangum publicly admitted that she fabricated the entire assault story

To add, I am in male/female support group once a week and a few of the guys stated they are now somewhat nervous about sexually escalating especially while drinking due to the Cornell 7 case.

Even when she consents! And also are more nervous cold approaching as well

It's lowered their trust and wouid simply rather avoid than to risk exactly what's happening in Cornell 7.

It's something they think about whereas prior to, they weren't concerned at all.

Any of you guys feel that way?

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
