Day 30. First 20 days felt the urge to do it, not very strong, but still.
Since a week - 10 days, all back to normal.

Positives: a little bit more energy, easier to approach girls and thinking/speaking is more clear than before.

Last fap was 2 weeks ago, i deleted around 15k vids and 40k pics from my pc last week, hardest decision i made in my life in the last 6 months. My biggest motivators are: energy, lower dht to reduce hair loss, more focus, and higher dopamine sensitivity to make things more pleasurable.

Failed after 25 days, day 1 for me today.

It was easy when I did 8 months nofap but after that it seems hard to keep at it for at least 1 month.

I didnt watch porn in over a year which was the biggest issue for me.

It seems the most difficult thing for me is that when I take a bath at then end of the day (about 4 or 5 in morning, as I keep "Hef" hours), I think about the great gals on Chaturbate, or the good videos & pics I have in my stash (an internet search of "blondie belly dancer monroe" leads to favorite), and it gets me going while laying in the tub; it seems to be a Pavlovian reaction to me ending my day. I don't know - maybe I'm just very healthy now, but lately I've been able to get sp3rm to reach my forehead, and it has made it a good bit easier for me to get a good night's rest (which I suppose keeps me healthy, thereby continuing the good trend). Now when I am traveling and within access of "personal services", I am able to resist for a number of days, so as to get the most "bang" for my hour of coin in the "parking meter".

There may be some type of zen, Obi-Wan type of consciousness in NoFap, but I tend to think that it is an unnecessary denial of hedonic pleasure. In fact, I would say that the expectation of pleasure at the end of the day motivates me to work hard, perhaps calling me back to the motivation of the Beta, who must toil to get 'tang.
