"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

She lives in a $1.6 million home in one of the better neighborhoods in Dallas (city itself, not suburbs). She is likely career focused as she is an executive at a marketing agency.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Yuppie stands for Young Urban Professional. The term originates from the 1980s in the United States.

One of her relatives stealing her AirPods is supposedly what set her off.

Mental health is a real issue nowadays, and it ain't just chicks.

We see drug-induced psychosis all the time, like all the time.

We pull tox reports on all ED admits and I'd say 70% of the population tests multiple positives.

Meth is everywhere, and its users you'd often never suspect.

My thoughts on this:
1. I'm of two minds on her being exposed like this ... On one hand, one has no privacy anymore, 'influencers' aka morons with a camera are everywhere now. On the other hand, this is a lesson, and incentive to always be a responsible citizen, otherwise this sort of thing can happen to you.
2. She's dressed sexually provocative (tight, ripped jeans, midriff showing) and is hot ... but IMO her issues would make 'seducing' her a liability, not an accomplishment.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I think there will be a wave of Wall-hitting women that have "had it all" but they have come to the conclusion that they still feel terrible that they have not been able to tie down a high-status man, and now even the mid-status men are totally uninterested. This chick still thinks she has the body of her much younger self, which is why she is showing off her midriff - and she can tell that instead of like when she was younger when men would fixate their eyes on her bare midriff, men are now active averting their eyes.

Her midriff is mediocre at best. If she had a good midriff like many Twin Peaks Girls or strippers, it would be a different situation.

She has worked in marketing and reached the executive level for small organizations. That would be the "had it all" type. She is 38 and appears to be unmarried and childless.

Also she’s a millennial, not a gen-xer, which explains a lot.

I’m not sure that she qualifies as a “yuppie” at 38. Having said that, I don’t know what to think of that video. It looks like she had a real mental breakdown (or forgot to take her meds) as opposed to having a Karen moment. But there’s no doubt that she got the kids’ glove treatment because she’s a woman and relatively good looking. A man acting that way would have been arrested on the spot.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I beg to differ...she's pushing 40 not that hot.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I think yupppie was originally a derogatory 80s term for certain white collar professionals. It was a dig against (real or perceived) snobbery.

(Intentional misspell)
She is a white collar worker and her house is valued at over $1 million. The label 'yuppie' is applicable here. She's also late 30s and childless.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
