I feel baited into a religious discussion. The fact you are coming at this at a very critical angle means that you want to have some sort of relgious discussion or debate and that's contrary to the rules here. However, I will offer this: I give everyone the benefit of the doubt in their "changed" life unless they do something shocking afterwards that's contrary to their new professed life. Her past is now gone.

Yes. I don't go to church so I don't affiliate with any particular church. My mother is disabled at home and the set-up at home doesn't really lend itself to having any breathing space to do anything. However I do pray, look at Christian content (ie including church services and teaching messages) on a regular basis to stay in the zone.
that i can respect seems like their is always a pastor getting hung out to dry.
