"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Would you give up your own place to go live in her house?

If you're renting your own space, and live alone, would you ever interrumpt the contract, and go cohabiting with a woman, in her house, for a LTR?

(and at which point would you believe she might use that as an excuse to have power)

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Look up the iron rules of @Rollo Tomassi
I have friends live with their wealthy GF.
3 of them.
2 are married, 1 is not (because she doesn't want to get married).
Just to report.

Roles start getting reversed
That is because your POV of a LTR is that the man must be the foundation of anything we "own" in his life, relationship too.
Also, because you see that from a power perspective.

Given this, I think there are women who are wealthy and that would genuinely not use that as blackmail. (rare))

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

IF

-She has a twin sister

-Both she and sis are bi-curious

-They're each centerfold beautiful

-The 3 of us will be sharing the same bed most nights of the week

I might consider giving up my own abode for a trial run

The answer to your question is no. You automatically cede power, which is not a good idea. But you know this, you don't need to ask.

Terrible idea.

You basically speed run towards the end of the relationship. A relationship that might've lasted 3 years will now go bust in 6 months.

You better have the skills of a professional cleaner if you want to make it work. If a woman comes to your house she can " add" the hygiene and neat factor. But what yiu gonna add to her house? Piss stains on the toilet seat? Drool on her satin pillows? And eventually the relationship-ender:not closing of the toothpaste.

Only stupid men do this.

Thanks for your feedback.
That is also my thinking process too.

I would own a house, and eventually rent that, to go rent anotherbigger house we would pay 50/50.
So if anything happen, I have my own house which I could go back, and I risk nothing.

Eh, if you're renting, it's no big thing since you could simply rent another place once you break up. I would never give up a house that I wanted to keep - that said, if I were looking for a reason to sell, and this came along, I would sell it.

One possible explanation:

Like many of us moderns, you're addicted to what's known as Magical Thinking... Namely, believing that simply by imagining things, what you desire will more or less fall into your lap, 3 ways with beautiful women included

So the answer is No

No. However, if she was uber-rich I wouldn't be opposed to having a sugar Momma and playing that into dynamic for free rent and lifestyle upgrade, but I wouldn't take her or the relationship seriously.

I actually had an opportunity for something like this a while back. I met this girl who worked in finance, i think she was a hedge fund manager or something and made a LOT of money. She said she was about to move out to CA and wanted to find a guy to move in with her and was 100% okay with being the breadwinner....but I couldn't help myself and told her that it was unnatural for a man to be in such a position.... and so nothing came of it. In hindsight I think I should have given it a try and felt like an idiot for fumbling that. I am not a hard worker and i'm not totally unwilling to degrade myself for money....you get free rent and lifestyle upgrade and regular sex, whats the issue? If the relationship turns sour, just leave. The benefit here is that since the place is in her name, you have the freedom to get up and leave, which actually gives you a lot of power. For this reason if you are going to cohabitat with a woman (which I don't think a man should ever do), it actually makes more sense if she's the breadwinner since she is the one with something to lose.

Anyway...in the context of an ordinary LTR and ordinary circumstances, I would never do that in a million years.

you make a good point and if she’s good looking and pleasant to be around and good in bed…., I think I might risk it.

I have done so on ONE occasion. My current relationship. I wasn't at all worried about it and we've since moved from that place even and completely relocated to another state together. It's an adventure and we're both in it. I'm not regretful at all, and should things go awry (Don't see it going down that way, but it's never certain) I'm prepared to do what I've got to do.

I think a lot of the recommendations are very good. I especially am able to appreciate the iron rules as well. Just as it is with everything, one thing may work another might not. In MOST cases, I wouldn't ever CONSIDER moving in to a place a woman is established in. However, I eventually found a woman I wanted to keep and the feeling is mutual and we're very trusting of each other. If you don't have that, of course it stands to reason that you shouldn't.

I don't think that you should always fall back on something that is more circumstantial than it is a matter of principle. At the end of it all, where you hang your hat is where you hang your hat and that your life will change after cohabitation in ANY capacity. People who believe cohabitation isn't any big deal or that "nothing HAS to change; I promise!" is a reality, you're about to get a double dose of reality served cold. It ALWAYS changes things. Just because things change though doesn't mean that they'll end, or that it will be worse or negative. Just know who is worth your trust and who isn't.
