Wow, I thought we lived in a free society. Why can't we speak our minds on this subject? Was sosuave.com getting bomb threats? Did someone DIE as a result of a political debate here?

The general thing is that the same old crap was repeated ad infinitem, with neither 'side' giving a nanometre to the other side, and basically failing to see that both sides had their flaws as well.

What started out as intelligent and intriguing discussion rapidly degenerated into insults and fuzzy logic (mentioning no names), better that the ghost of political discussion be laid to rest.

Now - back to the 80th post about DJ soundtracks....

I agree that the political discussions invariably devolved into childishness and ad hominem attacks.
