It seems like bench-press has only been working out my lower chest. What works out upper chest? Does incline help?

Inclines are cool, but I've always been a fan of DB flyes or incline DB flyes. I saw results in the upper part of my chest only weeks after incorporating them into my routine.

i agree. but w/e if you want to get that striations look in your chest, go more for cables crossovers and just repeat the crossover part, that kills it, and flyes. but really there is no inner chest muscles.

incline will help, but you can't isolate the top part of your chest, in theory the fibers of your pectoralis major will be more fully contracted at the top when doing incline so that will help, what helps create a nice round chest is overall size tho.
