I read recently that situps are bad for the spine. What would be a better exercise to do for my abs?
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.
Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.
This will quickly drive all women away from you.
And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
I agree with all of this except the dips. I see OP is 40. Don't do dips when you're old(er). It can lead to shoulder inflammation.Do all the compounds and core/abs will develop. Squats, deadlifts, pullups/chins, rows, chest passes, dips, shoulder press etc
yeah, dips are a funny one. can really stress some peoples shoulders. maybe down to form, build or bit of both.I agree with all of this except the dips. I see OP is 40. Don't do dips when you're old(er). It can lead to shoulder inflammation.
A lot of pussies these days. Unless they got results don't listen. Nodd and wave but ignore. Do hanging knee raises. I do rings. I also do IF. MY ABS pop now and it's from clean diet and living. Rings I engage my core so it's been profound from a aesthetic perspective.I read recently that situps are bad for the spine. What would be a better exercise to do for my abs?
