The late atheist Alan Glenn and his girlfriend or wife Jessica (not sure if they got married or not) before he passed.

What I read is they were like soulmates and her simply being in his life helped him keep fighting his lung condition and stay alive longer.

So sad they couldn't find a donor to save his life.

Somebody did a TV show about great loves and what happened to them. I just remember the story about this guy who swam with scuba gear to rescue his Asian girlfriend from Cambodia. So after he risked his life (armed guards were there at the river to stop any escape) they interview them.

He is living in a trailer somewhere and has some sort of dismal life,she is living somewhere else and gives some explanation about how things didn't work out for them. He was feted in the press at the time as some kind of romantic hero, but I wonder if he would have risked being plugged by the border guards if he knew how it would turn out.

Perhaps the story more accurately should have portrayed him as a guy so stupid he was prepared to risk getting shot for sex.

LOL - No, I have just never seen real love. Everyone talks about it but I have never really seen two people whom I thought were magically in love.

This isn't the best love story but it is definitely the stupidest one I have heard on the news. It was about an Iraq soldier who got injured. The doctor told him that they will need to cut his wedding ring off to save his finger. Instead he insist that the doctor cut off his finger to save his wedding ring. Is that not some twisted love?

And the press interview his wife, she thought it was kinda dumb but she was touched. And the funny part was, after the doctor cut off his finger, they lost the wedding ring. Hahaha

I think its some part of Arab culture. Arabs tend to take family values more seriously than Americans, so they're going to be more fanatic about protecting their family and crap.

I'm pretty sure it was an American guy. Completely stupid. I think they should fire any surgeon who cut off a perfectly good finger to save a friggin' ring. That violates the Hippocratic Oath, as well as common sense.

I was wondering the same.


I experienced true 'love' this weekend. I brought home a fluisy from the bar on saturday. We got down to the dirty act, and she was giving me this totally awesome head. I was to blow when I asked her if it was ok for me to blow in her mouth, she looked up at me with my d!ck still in her mouth and said "of course, I don't want it to go to waste". I swear to fvcking Satan, what I felt there and then was pure love.
