Hi Mr. 5x5 workout with a link posted to it. Usually people only link something that others might care about.Hi,
You're an ass and unimpressive at expressing it.
Good day.
Good day to you,
Azanon
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Hi Mr. 5x5 workout with a link posted to it. Usually people only link something that others might care about.Hi,
You're an ass and unimpressive at expressing it.
Good day.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
I disagree. Women, being the bizarre creatures that they are, can become very intimidated if they perceive a guy as "too perfect". Pook's progression (though I imagine it wouldnt be quite that linear) is pretty accurate.d9930380 said:It didn't because he now looked a beefcake and although common sense would tell him women didn't like that, he tried to explain it away by saying they did but they're scared, yea that's it!
Yup, that certainly carries some weight too.Deus ex Pianoforte said:True, but the same can be said if you switch a bunch of words around too, i.e.:
A truly confident, skinny runt with a high pitched voice would have a much better chance of baggin' the blonde bomb shell alpha female than the muscular, handsome guy with no confidence.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
You're just a little guy, huh?frisco said:Your post is complete crap. Im a good looking 145 6' guy very athletic build i play lots of sports and date very attractive women

Has anyone else done what Pook has?
What was your experience?
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Women do not find Arnold Schwartznegger sexy. Find me any poll where women have rated him as attractive.skeeloo said:take anorld if he walked on the streets i bet most females would want him.
not as he is now, but a great many women (including one of my ex's, my missus's mom and my own mom) thought he was hot when he was in Terminator 2 for example.Nighthawk said:Women do not find Arnold Schwartznegger sexy. Find me any poll where women have rated him as attractive.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
6'1 and 205 lbs is not "taking it that far", it's just being pretty muscular, but nothing exceptional.Deadly_Ripped said:Just because Pook talk about being at 205 doesn't mean everyone who takes his advice needs to take it that far. I know that at 6'1" my target weight is 175. At that weight I am not intimidatingly big, but it's obvious I work out as long as I'm not in a winter jacket.
and i suppose that these girls are perfect? gotta love the north american/brit. girls. they have egos that nearly match their a$$es.My 16-yr-old brother is 6'1 and 175 lbs and looks boney... Girls always say that being this tall, he should gain some weight... The same girls that used to say that I was "too buff" when I was 155 at 5'8.
At that weight, I'd be surprised if anyone guessed you work out, even with a regular (not tight) t-shirt on
Wait man, I'm Italian, not American. Actually my brother IS skinny at that weight, since clothes made for his height and shoulders are too large for him. This is not about what girls think, it's about reality: at 6'1 and 175 YOU ARE SKINNY.sparky0000 said:and i suppose that these girls are perfect? gotta love the north american/brit. girls. they have egos that nearly match their a$$es.
you guys can bulk up all you want, but you are still wimps.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
