Give me a list of the pros and cons of following my ex gf on Instagram.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I am betting she dumped him and he is not over it yet. Can't see any other reason to orbit her instagram for any logical reason.

I once went off on a tangent on my ex about the complications that girls with daddy issues tend to bring into relationships. In 1991 I had a Mazda RX-7 convertible. It was a cool car. Rotax motor, leather interior, cool stereo with speakers in the head rests, etc. etc. I had a lot of fun in that car, and a lot of good memories.
Many cars have come and gone since then, but the memories in that little car were fun.
Based on where I am today, and what I drive now, I have no desire to see, sit in, or drive that little RX-7.

Time to amp up your game and insouciance. Play this right and she will see you in a new light and be yours when you want her as long as your in the right mentality. If you're not - continue your no contact
Went through the exact circumstances from start to finish that you have in regards to your "sosuave story" and transformation into the man you are today. Now my bombshell 6-year ex who drove me to sosuave and borderline beta insanity is my little slvt once or twice a month on demand while she knows i'm banging other chicks. I have no interest in pursuing anything further with her. The odds are in your favor to put that little thought to rest in the back of your head IF and only IF you are able to put the past in the past and start off establishing a new frame while remaining outcome independent.

You gone NC. Keep it that way. Following her on IG will just make you depressed when you see her having a good time with other dudes. She don't give a crap about you so why should you? Forget her and move forward with your life .
