I am 16..5'9..68 kgs ..strong body but really weak arms ..my doctor told me I had lots of accumulated fat..(which mayb the reason why i have a strong chest)..most of my body fat is accumulated on my face, and butt..how can i reduce facial fat and build stronger arms...I don't have an access to gym..I play proffesional level table tennis...so i think i get enough cardios..what else can i do?

On the short list brisk walks, sprints, pullups, pushups, and ab crunches are great places to start if you don't have access to a gym.

first, you can't spot reduce fat, that's just where your genetics put it.

second, examine your carb intake and look for places to cut down (obviously not right before a big match).

third, you can always get access to a gym, if it's important enough.

read through relevant articles in The Vault sticky, this gets talked about all the time.
