I am 16..5'9..68 kgs ..strong body but really weak arms ..my doctor told me I had lots of accumulated fat..(which mayb the reason why i have a strong chest)..most of my body fat is accumulated on my face, and butt..how can i reduce facial fat and build stronger arms...I don't have an access to gym..I play proffesional level table tennis...so i think i get enough cardios..what else can i do?
