What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Forget those,you can easily injury yourself doing the plain flat dumbbell flys. If you want to do them with dumbbells,so them as you would inclines but fly style,but I personally feel the best way to do flys are the cables.

Incline flies are a decent exercise from what I've read - good trainers like ironaddict include incline flies in some of their programs, so they must be reasonable.

@dj_ben2 - try alternating them with incline DB press, higher reps (8-12).

I've seen noticeable gains in my pec and definitely tri size with a simple bench, incline bench, dip routine.

Aye, of course you have, because that's a solid chest day. Just out of interest Skilla, do you tend to bench with dumbbells or with barbells bud (or both)?

I do my flat with barbell, and incline with the DBs.
