Every time you whack off, you slightly lower your testosterone level, I've read that either 4 days or 5 days, depending on age is the max to maintain a high testosterone level.

Interesting point Need-2-B-Pimpin, I had never heard that. I do know that boxers typically have no sex 15 days before a fight. I believe this has to do with strength and endurance for the match.
