I agree with all of the hidden messages. The one about "you remind me of your brother" may not always mean the same thing though. I head on Love Line that women marry men who are similar to males they grew up around, like dads, grandpas, and brothers. This is what their ideas of a man are. Does anyone agree with this?

Well, there was once this girl, several years older, who told me she wants nothing out of our relationship other than being friends.
She knew I had feelings for her, but always gave me hints that we can't get beyond friendship. One day I upset her, she says "bye" and goes away.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
