The only thing it would change is.. make women hide their relationship status even more than they already do. On the other hand women would be even more selective in choosing their mate so usual nice guys would have even less chances. Her husband probably wouldn't be able even to get her if she didn't have a chance to cheat on him. Some women just find suitable provider and marry him, while having sex with other men for the sake of pure enjoyment.

Also sorry bro, but random men you never met aren't your friends, from evolutionary point of view they are your competitors. You owe nothing to them and they owe nothing to you.
