“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

For my age, 19, I shouldn't be this tired most of the time. I feel worthless unless I get about 10 hours of sleep. Even then I feel like taking a nap throughout the day. I sleep very sound and I always sleep straight through from when I go to bed until I wake up in the morning. What should I do to fix this?

Some people sleep more than others. You could try eating an especially healthy diet and cutting out regular alcohol consumption and most refined sugar and refined flours.

I like coffee to stay awake when needed. Excessive amounts are probably not healthy, but reasonable amounts are probably not especially harmful. I sweeten it with anything but white sugar; molasses, sugar in the raw, sweet sorghum, maple syrup, and honey are all healthier. I try to drink it quickly and brush my teeth immediately afterward.

Change your diet. Less sugar, less simple carbs.

Are you sitting in your room most of the times? CO2, the thing you produce while breathing, makes you tired. Get more fresh air. Leave a window open. Do sports.

Go to the doctor to get tested for glandular fever... don't worry it's not fatal, it's just a pain in the azz for 6 months or so... and quite common for people your age.

I've been having alot of the same problems. Honestly, I've been eating alot of raw, uncooked greens and I have alot more energy. You might also try taking up meditation... it helps.

If you are under alot of stress, drinking too much alcohol, smoking too much, Fvcking around with crazy women... it all wears on you after awhile.

Buy a better mattress.

Didn't I just give this advice to someone with the exact same problem?
