the time scale of the game with texting and instant communication has become almost frantic for some of us who grew up in more rational times.

Women totally freak out now if they don’t hear from you in a timely manner, assuming you are cheating which may be projection on their part based on their own bad behavior.

my only advice is dont let them draw you into it. It happens and mostly with anxiously attached women that are really into you. This is a better situation than the cold hearted dismissive avoidant (believe me ive been and still am married to her)

It's scary out there, I wonder what things will be like in a few years. Things have become increasingly neurotic and unbalanced and people are still showing smiley faces and putting up a fassage on Social media lol. A lot of famous mass shootings are psyops by the government and elites to divide and conquer the population and to ban guns. I think in the future, there will be an uprising or revolution of some kind by the general public to combat this.

I had a woman get pissed off at me because, just for **** and giggles, I texted her "hey" at 2:30 a.m. for three nights in a row. She would text back, and then I’d pretty much go silent and go back asleep. I still texted her normally during the afternoons. Eventually, she sent me a very direct and straightforward message saying she didn’t appreciate being ghosted and that she didn’t even want to send the message because she didn’t want to seem needy or insecure. For example, someone lacking sexual fulfillment can just watch Pornhub, while men who crave validation get it from OnlyFans or Instagram. If they can’t even bring themselves to upgrade their lives, dress well, work out, get a decent job, or simply get off the couch, what makes you think they’d have the energy or drive to protest in the streets?

Would you go with the flow and dress like all the modern dudes out there right now on a Spring day with just a t-shirt, cargo shorts and sandals? Not sure what these questions have to do with my comment, but when I was in college, I usually wore jeans or chinos, Nikes or boots, and either a long-sleeve or short-sleeve T-shirt. I tried to get a haircut every two weeks—mostly kept up with it unless it was exam season and I just threw on a baseball cap.

Unfortunately, I didn’t prioritize my grades. I focused more on the gym and had terrible time management. I remember once during a pickup basketball game, someone picked me and called me “muscles.” I stood out compared to others who showed up in sweatpants and some wild outfits.

As for your question,I’d say just dress in what’s in style or stick to simple, well-fitted basics. Stuff from GAP or Banana Republic usually does the trick. To pick up women I would stick to a social circle in residence, the college bar, or if I would like to talk to someone i would just talk to them. However, I would focus on my career and grades. Not sure how I would carry myself since I’m older than the regular college child. I carried myself like I was a gym rat.
