(did 25 reps at 55 kg another workout)
Stiff leg deads 8x90 kg

Stiff leg deads 6x90 kg
Calves raises (standing) 10x100 kg
Calves raises (standing) 8x100 kg
Calves raises (standing) 6x100 kg
Military press 7x42.5 kg
Military press 6x42.5 kg
9 Chin ups (close grip)
Biceps curl 5x35 kg
I felt all dizzy and sick... the flue must have got to me and weakened me. My friends commented on the extreme depths off my squats, they really take more out off you if you go really deep.

What's a cat's arched back? I bend forward a little just to keep my balance. If I go straight down I get all weihgt on my heels.
Anyways, I feel I have cutted up enough... I'm gonna get back into a small bulk and then do a final cut for the summer. I hope I'll be at 165 to 170 lbs 10% BF this summer.
well....a cat's arched back.....take the situation that skinny cat(3kg,15%bf) is hitting on hot cat(who is taken)......then out of the dark night...suddenly appears a fvcking machine....catforce(8kg,11%bf). he says meow to his gf and grinns evil at the skinny cat.......who gets all frightened...spikes his skinny hairs and arches his back like that (.......understand now??
