195? I would have guessed 170-175 max. You have the starts of a decent body, but you need a major bulking routine.

Also, for the love of all that is So suave, never ever wear a pager and whatever else you have on your belt again. At least if you want to have a shot with the fairer sex. Trust me on this.

I don't need to worry about the fairer sex as I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 15 years and with her since I was 16.

Yes I need to bulk up. But wouldn't I want to cut a bit first? I probably got a 15% body fat currently. As for bulkin what's the best approach? I do a workout routine (fell off the routine about 8 weeks ago bcuz I got sick and family crap took over life) but things are getting back on track and summer is here so I wana bulk up get on routine again and cut my bodt fat down a bit more. I was down to 185 before I got sick and lost motivation for my routine.

Congrats on your LT marriage.

No no you need to bulk up and establish a base of good, solid muscle and THEN you cut. Bulk first. Cut later. Never the other way around. You are a pretty skinny guy, you don't need to lose any more weight.

First thing you need to do is to start eating. And then eat some more. Lots of protein, at least 200 grams a day. Carbs too, dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

As far as a routine, just follow this one. It's as good as any. I've added 10 pounds in 2 months just doing this one. Got up to 205 or so, now cutting down to 190. Routine is towards the bottom.

If I wasn't married.....man ... There's plenty of women that are interested at the moment. (My wife is really hot and an amazing woman so I got no interest in others but its fun to practice dj stuff on some of them in appropriate ways as well as game my wife) I take care of 3 commercial buildings and get to build rapport with all the receptionist women and such. Public Relations is a major portion of my job.

Thanks for that link. I will check it out. I pretty much only eat game meat (I'm a hunter that fills his freezer every year really well so I don't have to buy jacked up cow meat n chicken) and tons of veggies. I stay away from carbs as I found out I am pre diabetic. .1 from being a true diabetic on my last blood test. Fricken heridetary. I don't even look like I should be but I gotta watch the carbs big time.

Never had problems attracting 8s and 9s; only had a couple short-lived 10s. Way too stuck up and high maintenance. 7s and lower came by pretty easy, but I was a stuck up ***** back in the day, and pretty much ignored them. These are 3+ years old, and not during my "prime"... especially not the last 2. Chicks dig the eyes a lot. Guys could never understand why girls liked me, but **** them. Not planning on dating those homo's.

Started gaining weight from depression and heart-break when these were taken by 3rd parties (never took a pic of myself, and was a loner before this... should've stayed that way). 2nd pic is probably the best, but still a little chunky. Hoping to get back in shape this year, and go back to when I was 25ish... without the low self-esteem, co-dependancy issues, etc. Haven't been fit for years; hate it. ****ing life... always something.
