Yes it's very low I realize that and definitely not healthy. And it's not often just sometimes.I typically burn more calories than that per day just from from my daily activities/workouts/walking![]()
1500 is my typical.
I do yoga and pirates 3x a week which burns around 600, on those days I try to ingest more.
I'm 5'6" 110-115 lbs. 1500 is ideal for my body type. I'm healthy.
