Yes it's very low I realize that and definitely not healthy. And it's not often just sometimes.

1500 is my typical.

I do yoga and pirates 3x a week which burns around 600, on those days I try to ingest more.

I'm 5'6" 110-115 lbs. 1500 is ideal for my body type. I'm healthy. :D

Yikes! That's sometimes my total calorie intake in one day!

1500 is ideal for me for my weight and height but don't always achieve that.

In any event, I'm glad you feel better.
I busted a nut about that size this morning - she said it hit the back of her throat, was coming out her nose, and she had to run into the bathroom. She always swallows so this is really saying something. I’ve always assumed the rope I shot in college across a girl’s head that hit the back of my wall would never be topped, especially at age 40 but this may have beat it. I’ll have to take her at her word. You would have loved it.

The only way you can really boost your testosterone is stop watching porn and spanking your johnson, lifting weights or body calisthenics, stop eating crappy food like junk food- eat good meats like chicken, venison, fish and eggs and avoid redmeat, pork and processed food, also continue lifting weights and going to the gym and avoid having casual sex because those deplete your vitality, energy and testosterone the most- ask any MMA fighter after they hooked up with some ho bag, got too comfy within their success and started to get knocked the f out, I saw a pattern with that with most fighters.
