This will slowly reduce testosterone levels which are essential when lifting or doing any sort of excercise. Without testosterone you won't build muscle and in short will fall 'Short of the stick' when it comes to having a nice stack for the women.

Women love it when your ripped to shreds so try doing crunches for about a half an hour every other night. Make sure you incorparate a lot of carbs in your diet for energy also. Good carbs though.

Increase your cardio workouts for the summer and still eat a loading amount of calories so you don't lose so much weight.

lol I guess I'll reply to this..

Assuming you had any facts to back this up, if jerkin it causes you to lose testosterone wouldn't sex do the same thing? And if your whole purpose is to gain muscle to get sex, doesn't this contradict your little theory?

Finally, why are you advising us to do CARDIO to gain MUSCLE???

I know it's temporary, not permanent that you decrease your testosterone. So where's the proof for permanent loss of testosterone? Where is proof that your staff will get shorter each time you jerk?

What the hell? You don't get bigger or more ripped up for doing just crunch half an hour everyday. That's like saying "don't run, it tires your heart". That makes no sense.

Wrong. Depending on the speed of your metabolitic rate and your lifestyle, you will not lose weight. It's hard to lose weight. From what you said, "so you don't lose so much weight", you can't lose weight even if you don't eat a lot.
Overall, you sound uneducated about bodybuilding. If you're big from just doing crunch, you are one of the luckiest bastard on earth because you have good genes. Consider yourself lucky if this is so.

There is soo much debate about what jerking off does to the body. But sex is apparantly good for the body. So how can the body determine the different between sex and jerking off? It cant, ejectulation occurs in both!

There isn't any scientific basis to this as far as I know, so the best way would be for everyone to try it for themselves. Abstain from bashing the bishop for a week, and see if it has any impact on your workout/energy levels.

Slashco, that would not be a good way to test it's effectiveness. You would not be able to tell if there was any physiological change because you know you're being tested. Any effect would most likely be from psychological change.

Look, semen builds up over time, and you HAVE to get rid of it. Be it through whacking it, sex, getting a *******, or a wet dream, you WILL get rid of it. It's a self-regulating process. Ejaculation has NO long-term effect on testosterone levels.

Doing a bunch of cardio while eating loading levels will NOT get you cut. Your heart and lungs will get in shape, but if you're not doing any weights, the calories will add fat. You will get LESS cut.

If it's only psychological you can achieve the exact same results or better by other means, even by doing nothing. There's also a lot less of an effect (or none) when you know something is BS...

So in other words not masturbating will only have an effect on you if you're an idiot :rolleyes:
