"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

A few years back MLB player Mark Grace did an interview on the Ji Rome radio show and launched into his description of a sexual slump buster. In a nutshell he said the way to bust a slump is to find the fattest, narliest ho in the bar and lay the wood to her.

I'd personally rather remain 'hitless' then to use this approach.

What do you use to bust out?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Yes it is better to remain hitless.

You know why? You might get her pregnant.

Depends on the cause of the slump

"What do you use to bust out?"

---Damm good question. I'm still trying to answer that one. As long as I have the proper energy, I just move on to the next number close or next approach.

What gets really difficult is when you don't want to approach. One thing that could be going on is that the rest of your life is getting so crazy and demanding that you'd be better off dealing with these issues first, strictly for the sake of self preservation. If you're gaming so much that you're slacking off on work for example, you're in trouble. Better get back to work, son.

If work (and family matters and so on) is fine, and you have plenty of energy, time to evaluate your inner state. What are your self limiting beliefs? Some people can work through this on their own, in the form of a journal, or by talking to friends, or by doing a workshop. For others, personal therapy is required or beneficial.

A third possibility is that there is a serious problem with your game, strategy wise. Here, you might be better off recruiting a wing to get a second opinion. Ask for frank, but constructive advice on how you open, how you vibe, how you close, your body language, clothing, everything. A good wing can be invaluable. But a weak wing can bust your sets into oblivion.

What gets me in a slump from time to time is dry spells with no intimancy, not a lack of numbers or dates. I like being single. My cure for that feeling is a local oriental massage provider. She's a hot thai. Full body massage, slow buildup to an intense mind blowing happy ending. It's not about "dyck in pu$$y" but a sensual experience. The next few days I feel like I can knock down brick buildings. Yeah I pay $120, but it's a hellavua lot better than the above advice, banging a fat skank from a bar. Slump buster - give me a break!!! That would have me feeling depressed as hell!!

Why would Mark Grace have to do that?

He must have had negative game with his money, fame, and as I remember, pretty good looks.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

A pro baseball player who wasn't easily recognized (Grace was never a huge name in the sport) could slip into a sex slump during the off-season winter months.
