What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Sick, sick people. And they fight for "equality". So go ahead and replace mother's day with "special people's day"...no, no, you can;t do that. Just the males will be deemed and treated as disposable

I don't like any of these made up 'holidays'... Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day... Valentine's Day. I get national Holidays and Religious observance... but anything else is just stupid.
I have told my kids NEVER get me anything for Father's Day EVER.

It's insane what the middle-aged to younger middle-class generations consider "issues" at the moment.
If you want to protest and whinge and try to change something, how about:
- Trying to get homeless people off the streets so they don't die of hypothermia?
- Why not campaign for more renewable energy (considering humanity doesn't even need oil for energy with present day tech)?
- How about taking issue with aggressive foreign policy that is essentially breeding world terrorism?
- What about female genital mutilation, where women get their cl*ts snipped off without their consent?
- Or Pakistan, where women get f*cking acid thrown in their face for not doing what they're told?
No, let's all whinge about "manspreading", "mansplaining" and "Father's Day" instead, because those are the issues that matter. Unbelievable.
