Rest between sets?

If you bust your tail on a set you shouldn't be able to do the same amount of work or more work with only a one minute rest. My opinion that is.

I wait 2-4 minutes.

Im assuming you've put your body through hypertrophy, in which your muscles would have really gained endurance. So since you are now doing less reps, IMO 45 sec - 1 min 30 sec tops, would be good rest between sets
