Have to say as a submissive woman always fighting those tendencies this would be the one that cut through it. Have you ever tried it and what response did you get? Probably I would be flustered or a bit speechless but in my head I would be thinking "yes please". I've never asked anyone to buy me a drink though, not my way. But for those who would say no and negative stuff, probably word would get around via girl talk that you're a bit of a knob. Just from a female perspective, you might not care either way

I can't really say i've had this experience before with strangers. Maybe it just happens in the movies. The closest thing to this that ever happened was I was sitting at a bar watching a sports game with my friend when a couple of girls came in. They sat right next to us. The one that sat next to me went "oooooh what are we drinking here?" I told her what it was and she said it looks good and if I recommend it.

With girls that i've known it has happened a couple of times but was also one of those deals where they would give me stuff/would buy if I asked or had done so before. I knew them well so I don't think it really counts. I'd guess it could be a good thing if a stranger asks but seems sort of rude imo.
