"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Thought this would be good to see how many of us have reached our desired weight, so here goes...

Post ur height, current weight, weight u wanna be and any comments.

I'll go first, 5'10, 155pounds, 175pounds

Yap still got lots of work to do.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

5' 9 and about 174lbs with a bit of flab.

But goal is to be rock-solid at the same weight.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I'm 6'1 198. I plan on getting up to around 220, then focusing my workout on flexibility, speed, functional strength, and intense cardio. I'm not sure what my ideal weight is; I'm focusing on strength and performance.

Odd. Most here are trying to gain wieght instead of loose it. I'm 6ft and 163lbs and still want to loose a little more body fat. I have no clue what my percentage is, I need to get it checked one day. I'm not sure what my ideal weight is, but I know I want to loose more body fat, so maybe around 155lbs.

Depends how much taller I get. I'd be happy with 80-85kg @ 10%BF with a high strength to bodyweight ratio in all my lifts.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Currently 5'7.5"-5'8", 210 lbs 10% bf

I guess i'll probably stop at around 230lbs with the same bodyfat, then just maintain for the rest of my life.

Well, ugly girls don't have the balls to approach me anymore although they do get flustered and embarassed if i'm talking to them (let's say if she's serving me at the checkout of a supermarket). And if I wasn't this size I probably wouldn't be with my current girl who is 5'9"-5'10" or have been with the handful of other girls that are taller than me. Will add on more experiences if I get a chance.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
