Ok it's been 4 years since I started this thread but better late than never right? I've lost 100lbs by eating right and lifting weights.

If you feel confidend, I would say start sarging! Maybe join a bootcamp to keep you on track or start a topic with your field expirience so you can get feedback on your actions..
I wouldnt wear polo with stripes horizontal due to the fact that they will make you look bigger...
