What would be best to hit the biceps more, pull with full ROM or chins with around 3/4 ROM?

Close Grips Chins will make your bis grow like nothing else...

Lol everyone has replied "chins with full rom".

I can't do them with full rom because i do them on a ledge, i'll end up banging my head if i go any higher.

Do whichever movement is hardest for you.. that will translate into biggest overall strength and size gain (and thus arm size).
