Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Tryin to up my protein intake, 1g per every pound you weigh right? Waht about for us with bigger builds? I guess that all depends. when it comes to shakes, do you portion yours through out the day, or one big one? I try and do two 40g protein shakes a day, once obviously, post work out. Another as a meal replacement during work at my 4am break as I work overnights and tend to pass out 6:30-7ish.

I would try to drink one upon waking up, too. You're body needs quick protein after fasting for 8 hours. Try not to overdo it on the whey, though - too much at one time will give you liquid sh1ts.

I'll drink 2 100% whey shakes a day. 1 as soon as I wake up and the other post workout. I only use optimum 100% whey protein. I weigh around 170ish, and I take in about 170-200g protein a day.
