Going to be posting fitness wins and progress here with pics and stats. Follow if youd like.
She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I benched 455 yesterday but i hit 475. I want to hit 500 end of this year I know I can.Sure, I'm in.
What are your PRs?
What program are you running?
What is your goal and plan to get there?
Full body every day?I benched 455 yesterday but i hit 475. I want to hit 500 end of this year I know I can.
running full body everyday while focusing on a specific muscle group each day.
Lmao full body but I will focus on chest mainly shoulders next etc etc"running full body everyday while focusing on a specific muscle group each day"![]()
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
How will you do this while working 7 days a week for at least 14 hours a day? Did you invent a method to create more hours in a day than any other human being in history? If so, please share.Lmao full body but I will focus on chest mainly shoulders next etc etc
Yes I’ll brbHow will you do this while working 7 days a week for at least 14 hours a day? Did you invent a method to create more hours in a day than any other human being in history? If so, please share.
Sounds about right. Clearly you avoided the question I asked meaning I cannot take you seriously. This is how my backs looking. I’m going to absolutely DEMOLISH my goals for 2024
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
I ain’t lying lmao I knew I would get pushback but whatever’s just cause your weak ass willl never touch 4 plates when doesn’t mean we are all like youYou bench almost 5 plates on ech side? With that physique? While hitting full body workout every day? Imagine how sad your life is that you have to make up $hit for stranger in the internet.
I don’t need your approval Mr no profile picSounds about right. Clearly you avoided the question I asked meaning I cannot take you seriously.
I don't give approvals, I simply asked a question.I don’t need your approval Mr no profile pic
Look up the Asian dude who benched 410 size doesn’t equal strength. I don’t rly train for gyperteophyI don't give approvals, I simply asked a question.
And if you are going to post a profile pic, make sure it's one that could realistically back up your claims. That one cannot.
One of these things is not like the other.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
I’d kms if I can only bench 300 by now. Y’all really don’t. Get it huhI've been around gyms for 40 years now on and off, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of men I've actually seen benchpress 500lbs (and that's seen not just claim). In each case, their physique was radically different to yours: more bulky, shorter levers; greater BMI.
It's difficult to tell, but I'd be surprised if you could bench 300lb with your physique - and 300lb is a significant bench BTW once you get past all the hype and lies you hear from bodybuilders in particular. Benching 300lb in true form is not to be sneezed at, especially if you're lean.
I think most of us do get it. That's the issue you are having.I’d kms if I can only bench 300 by now. Y’all really don’t. Get it huh
Kms? You're saying you'd kill yourself if you could 'only' benchpress 300lb?I’d kms if I can only bench 300 by now. Y’all really don’t. Get it huh
I was going to post I’m not here to argue or fight other members just post progress and talk about fitness. Believe or not none of my concern you guys just asked for stats.FWIW OP, I'm willing to entertain that you bench crazy heavy. I've seen crazy things before.
But your overreaction to people saying you can't bench that, is a bit telling tbh. I've had people on reddit claim that I'm just fat when I say my height weight and BF%... I didn't care because, well, I'm not fat. So if you're actually a heavy bencher, just ignore the people that don't believe you.
That being said, I don't care if you bench that heavy or not. I care more about training methods and diet theory.
So how tall are you and how much you weigh?
What program were you running to get your bench so heavy?
How's your squat?
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
